RETURNS, REPAIRS AND EXCHANGES
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges on items are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order. Returns or exchanges must be in new, unworn condition and in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. We will be unable to cover the cost of shipping for product return or exchange. Once your items are returned to us, you will receive an email notification of your refund or new order (if it’s an exchange). Please note the following:
- We do not accept returns for SmartTools products purchased from other retailers. Only items that have been purchased directly from Smarttoolsplus.com can be returned to SmartTools.
- SmartTools products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- SmartTools is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
- Your refund will initiate within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. A detailed email confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
- We do not accept returns/exchanges or allow refunds for individual items over 30 days since receiving.
- If you refuse delivery of your order for any reason, you will be refunded the cost of your order less shipping fees.
To begin the return or exchange process, please perform the following steps:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
- Place all items with original packaging and completed RMA form inside the shipping box. Returns or exchanges must have a completed and printed RMA form inside the shipping box or refunds/product exchanges will not be completed.
- Ensure you name, address, and order number are on the shipping label and ship to:

- Ship via UPS or FedEx. Be sure to obtain delivery confirmation and full insurance if necessary. SmartTools is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping.
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned item(s). Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of what was paid for the product. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
